For orders shipping to the continental US:

Expedited Shipping: 2 Day Shipping - $7.50
Priority Shipping: 1 Day Shipping for $15.00

SHIPPING (Over 2 pounds)

For orders shipping to the continental US:

Standard Shipping: 3-5 Business Days - $7.50
Expedited Shipping: 2 Day Shipping - $15.00
Priority Shipping: 1 Day Shipping for $30.00

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has shipped and consistent shipping updates. 

International Orders

For orders outside of the USA please visit our Amazon store or our Amazon UK store.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.  Please mail back the item(s) with a receipt or proof of purchase as a packing slip.  Without this packing slip, your return will not be able to be processed.

To return your product, please email us first at to notify us ahead of time that you intend on returning an item/items. Please include your order number in the email.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.  If you are shipping an order over $50, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance since Jessa Leona Baby cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
